LTR450 SAVIOR SWING ARM PREVIEW

We just recently have been working on a rear end, swing arm and linkage combination for the LTR450, here is a sneak preview of the project.

The following linkage was originally developed by WALSH for the TRX450 over 4 years ago, with the help of top dirt bike MX technology, we were able to develop the 1st proven knuckle rocker/pull rod style linkage for the ATV. With the help of top pro riders such as Chad Wienen, Jeremy Lawson and Joe Byrd (who has won two straight GNC PRO titles using the SAVIOR) the SAVIOR holds a large history of winning success, a highly proven performance rate and a large industry recognition, the SAVIOR has proven well to be the superior linkage system for the TRX450 and we are now expanding the SAVIOR technology to the LTR450. So now thanks to computer aided design and the knowledge we hold here at WALSH RACE CRAFT here are the specifics on the linkage;

Will accept over a 17" shock (actual length is still to be determined).

Weight savings over 3 pounds (actual weight is still to be determined).

Bolt on system, NO modifications will be needed.

Lowered the amount of unsprung weight, in turn making for better working suspension reaction time.

Increased ground clearance (see photo 2 & 3).

Most superior motion ratio curve.

Low average leverage ratio, in turn this lowers the amount of stress upon suspension, components, chassis, other parts and even YOU, the rider.

Boasting a 2.04>1 average leverage ratio, giving it a super plush overall feel, also adding longevity to your shocks overall lifetime and resistance to fade while on the track.

Increased wheel travel, for MX applications we utilize about 10.5" of wheel travel, but this linkage system is capable of 12".

Increased bottoming resistance due to our unique progressive motion ratio.
